We are frustrated by the fact that today, leading African organizations find it challenging to find the right skills to help them grow while countless brilliant young people aren‘t able to apply their skills to help corporates, non-profits and governments in their regions.

We recruit Africa‘s brightest talent. We work closely with our partners at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS), an award winning programme which seeks to enable the emergence of African Einsteins who can transform both African and global societies through their work.

This team is supported by an international experts network, each having deep and varied expertise in IPC‘s sectors of expertise.

We have an office in Berlin and are building a presence in Africa, starting with Nairobi and Lilongwe.

Anne Akoth Misere

Business Analyst

Arun founded IPC in 2013 to build on his extensive global experience including work in the education, enterprise development, entrepreneurship, social enterprise and IT sectors.  He played a key role in the setup and development of the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) network, an $80M project enabled by a TED Prize win, taking on various roles including Acting Executive Director. He is also an Advisor for the inaugural cohort of the YALI Regional Leadership Center, East Africa.

Arun holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and a Master’s in Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge (UK).  Alongside his current work, Arun also delivers entrepreneurship courses to graduate students from across Africa.



Engagement Manager

Anne joined IPC in 2013 with the zeal to help improve the performance of African businesses. With a prior teaching career, Anne was crowned teacher of the term out of 60 teachers in Maseno School, a renowned Public National School in Kenya.

Anne holds a Bachelor’s of Education Science (Physics and Mathematics) from Moi University (Kenya) and a Master’s of Mathematical Sciences from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences and the University of the Western Cape (South Africa). Anne is also a member of the Health Physics Society (HPS).



Office Manager

Kondwani joined IPC with the goal of taking part and supporting the establishment of new and existing entrepreneurial ventures in Africa. His experience ranges from Real Estate, Agribusiness as well as in academia, where he has lectured Mathematics and Statistics at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources in Malawi. In addition, he has experience as a Statistical consultant at various levels and is well exposed to Statistical analyses applicable to several industries.

Kondwani holds a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa). He also has a masters’ level Postgraduate Diploma from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences and University of the Western Cape (South Africa) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mzuzu University (Malawi).


Katharina Hartwig

Business Analyst

Maud Martei joined Infinite Potentials Consulting in 2016 as part-time Office Manager. Prior to joining IPC, Maud worked with IMANI Center for Policy and Education, a leading policy Think Tank based in Ghana, as lead researcher. At IMANI, Maud authored research papers geared towards deepening citizen understanding of the implications of public policy and programs in Ghana. She frequently participated in stakeholder consultations on policy formulation and accountability.

She earned her Bachelors from Smith College, USA and is currently a candidate for Masters in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany.



Advisor, Healthcare

Katharina’s experience ranges from Communications and CSR, the public sector as well as organizations focusing on global health and HIV/AIDS. So far, she has lived and worked in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United States and Uganda. In her Master’s thesis, Katharina had focused on HIV workplace programs in Uganda – a country she has visited intensively within the last seven years.

Katharina holds a Master in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Communication from the University of Mainz and had been a one-year exchange student at Dartmouth College in the US.

Amit is an international healthcare business leader with more than a decade of experience leading teams to solve client’s key business and clinical questions.  Amit has led healthcare projects in ten different countries, twenty-five US states, and across Canada.

As a lead on the Sg2 Consulting team, Amit works with hospitals, large health systems, industry clients and investors on projects ranging from enterprise health system strategy, health care investment due diligence, clinical service line strategy, technology acquisition feasibility, facility/master planning, health care IT and virtual health planning, and customized health care education/training.

Amit has also led consulting and advisory work at Sunnybrook International, a part of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, Canada. Sunnybrook International supports governments, private investors and health care providers to enhance existing capabilities, build new facilities/infrastructure and deliver education/training to expand local knowledge and expertise.

Earlier in his career, Amit was a picture archiving and communication system (PACS) project manager with McKesson Medical Imaging Group in Vancouver, BC, Canada, where he led healthcare IT implementations for hospitals and health systems throughout Canada, the US and Europe.

Amit earned an MS in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University (USA) and a BS in electrical engineering from The University of Western Ontario (Canada).

Abdul-Nasser has management experience in Ghana and internationally with firms in the telecommunications, mobile, banking and consumer electronics sectors. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Chicago and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Ghana.

Youssouf has over 10 years of experience in the senior management of international NGOs and has been working as an independent consultant since 2008. He has conducted over 60 consulting assignments including studies, evaluations and organizational redesigns for organizations ranging from multilaterals to bilaterals to NGOs. His areas of expertise include institutional and strategic development, public policy development, education and training and international migration.

Markus is a researcher of energy systems and a freelance consultant in the energy sector, focusing on strategic management of small and medium utilities, especially in the context of energy system transition (German “Energiewende”). As a former McKinsey consultant, he has served international clients in the high-tech, healthcare, and energy industry. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and an M.Phil. in Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge. Markus is also the author of a bestselling book on business presentation design, and he offers sought-after trainings on the topic.

Prince has significant experience at the international level in Mathematics and Actuarial Science. Since 2007, Prince has been a lecturer at Department of Mathematics, University of Ghana. Prior to this, he spent two years as the head of Quantitative Analysis at the National Health Insurance Authority of Ghana. He is also a member of the American Society of Actuaries. Prince holds a Ph.D. and BSc in Mathematics from the University of Ghana.

Julia has over 10 years of international experience supporting organizations around the globe develop their management expertise through consulting, training and coaching. A former consultant to the United Nations and with Booz & Company, Julia holds a MSc in Sustainability Management from Auckland University and a BA in Communication and Business from the University of Art and the Humboldt University in Berlin.
