Women in innovation program
The Women in Innovation (WiIN) program is a new exciting program of Johnson & Johnson, designed and implemented by Infinite Potentials Consulting. WiIN aims to increase the success of women’s careers in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on those who are going into STEM-related fields. Through the WiIN program, female university graduates will be supported and be provided with leadership skills, focused training on essential skills for improving their career prospects and encouragement to pursue STEM-directed careers. The course is directed at fresh university graduates as this is an essential period in their careers, and a targeted intervention at this point should be able to have long-term impact. The first edition of WiIN will take place in Kigali, Rwanda in June 2017; the goal is to expand to other African countries in coming years, reaching more young women.
