guiding principles

social impact

Excellence – we seek to deliver excellence, period.

Global networks with local talent – we believe that global knowledge needs a deep understanding of local contexts in order to be most applicable.

Technology and Analytics – We believe in the power of using modern technology, as much as is appropriate, to drive forward progress.

We see ourselves as a commercial social enterprise – to us, this means that we are committed not only to being a responsible business, but to being part of meaningful social change.

We achieve this in three ways
• We provide challenging, meaningful and technical work to young talent and provide this in Africa
• We support the growth of African organizations, believing that economic growth is a great driver of social change
• We launched and financially support 10 Academy, IPC’s programme to identify, train and launch some of Africa’s highest potential young people.  In 2017, IPC supported the training of 22 young people from 15 African countries.
